Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. Everything you log works without an account. Your entries are stored on your iPhone and, with iCloud sync on, in your own private iCloud — we can't see them. You can turn sync off in Profile → Data → iCloud sync; the change applies the next time Weighty opens. An account (Sign in with Apple or as a guest) is only needed for Fitness Fights and friends.
How do I delete my account?
In the Fights tab, tap the gear (Fitness Fights settings) and choose Delete Account. It's also in the ⋯ menu of the Friends screen (Profile → Friends). This deletes your account and everything stored for it on our server right away — profile, friends, cheers, challenges, gyms, territory and recorded runs. Your health data on the iPhone and in Apple Health stays; to remove it, delete the app and its iCloud copy (Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Weighty).
How do I report or block someone?
On a friend's page, tap ⋯ → Report… or Block. For anyone else whose name you see — leaderboards, gym boards, territory — long-press the name and choose Report… from the menu. Friend requests: long-press to report or block, or swipe to block. Cheers with a message: long-press or swipe to report. We review every report. Blocked people can't send you friend requests or cheers and don't see you in any standings.
How do I turn off crash reports?
In Profile, under About, switch off Send crash reports. Nothing is sent after that, and reports still waiting on the phone are deleted. The reports are anonymous: no account, no device ID, no entries.
